Description

The Role Responsibility for multiple sites. Lead and motivate staff in multiple disciplines. Carry out all induction training for new staff. Manage Health and safety for all sites. Responsibility for all purchasing and facilities management. Identify and deliver on business strategy across the areas of talent management, learning and development, performance management, and workforce planning. Manage employee relations and providing information and guidance on HR issues in line with HR policies and relevant legislation. Manage budgets for multiple sites. Responsibility for accounts and payroll. Ensure customer care is carried out to the highest standard. Present reports to management. The Person 3 rd Level Qualification in HR or Business preferred. Strong people management and leadership skills. Previous experience implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. Financial reporting experience. Strong organisation and communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Previous managerial experience essential.
