Acrow Recruitment is seeking General Foreman to work with a well-established Civil Contractor on projects in the South East of Ireland (Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford. Responsibilities: •Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation team including subcontractors, engineering, safety/ environmental team and clients team. •Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements. •Identify training requirements, and ensure delivery of briefings. •Provide, monitor and control labour plant and materials to meet the programme. •Manage sub-contractors and direct workforce. •Ensure high standard of quality on the works to meet the specification requirements ‘first time' and minimise rework. •Liaise with customers and clients. •Follow, adhere and enforce the company's HSQE policies. Requirements: •3+ years’ experience working as a General Foreman on civil projects. •Have a full clean driving license. •MSIC ticket preferable. •Have a good understanding of water pipe networks.
