Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager for our client based in Waterford. Reporting to the Regional HR Managers you will be responsible for the management of all Talent Acquisition across the company. Responsibilities: Partner with Departments and HR Managers on complete talent acquisition life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding. Accountable for Graduate Programmes (building relationships with identified colleges and universities, attending graduate recruitment fairs, developing new graduate strategies, sourcing graduates and supporting the process through the full graduate life cycle. Develop and document candidate search strategies. Managing multiple projects and any given time, ensuring commitment to excellent services and experiences for both candidates and internal stake holders. Consistent delivery of high-quality candidates for a broad range of roles across a number of professional disciplines. Implement and maintain recruitment policies and procedures. Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders and labour providers on best practice interview techniques when required. Manage high volume recruitment projects, including international recruitment / sourcing campaigns. Liaise with Department Managers regarding recruitment requirements and work with Management to develop recruiting plans. Develop recruitment and retention key performance indicators (KPI’s) and quality metrics that will drive and improve performance. In conjunction with key stakeholders develop fit for purpose job descriptions ensuring attraction of the best candidates for the role. Benchmarking key market trends ensuring that rates are competitive within relevant labour markets. Support management in continuously improving efficiencies in the recruitment process in line with budgetary and business demands. Effectively communicate new start dates and planning to sites to ensure onboarding targets are met. Requirements Third Level Qualification. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a recruitment role. Knowledge of local Irish employment law, permit process and right to work regulations. Experience working across social media platforms to develop candidate attraction campaigns. Proven track record building relationships at all levels and specifically with external national and international recruitment channels. Experience working in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills, organisational and negotiating skills, with the ability to work off own initiative. Flexible to travel nationally and internationally. Full Clean Driving Licence. Specific functional knowledge of Supply Chain, Good Manufacturing Process would be an advantageous. Familiarity with the HRIS – CoreHR would be an advantage.
