We are currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a 3* Hotel in Galway. Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years previous 3/4* GM experience in a busy property with Banqueting, Events and Leisure facilities. Hotel operates in Conference and Leisure markets, local knowledge preferred by Client. You will take responsibility for entire operation including Rooms and outlets, Financial performance, Sales, Personnel and team development, training and standards etc. Role is best suited to a "hands on" General Manager who prefers to operate the floor and will be actively involved in Weddings and functions during the event.
