GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR BAR MANAGER TO JOIN A SUPERB 4*HOTEL IN CARLOW. We are recruiting for an experienced Bar Manager for a busy, upmarket hotel in Carlow. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the beverage department and have the ability to manage a large team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of beverage outlets, including operational issues ensuring that all areas of the bars meet the Hotel's standards of quality and service, and to work with the Senior Management team to optimise profits and increase sales and promote new and diverse business. You will, in conjunction with the appointed managers, establish and implement standards of performance within all bar areas of the hotel, - restaurant, bar, room service and Lounge areas. Ensuring that all services offered are of the highest 4* standards of quality and all employees are trained in the delivery of same.
