Leading 5* Hotel in Kilkenny are recruiting experienced Restaurant Manager with 3+ years experience in a large volume property as our Client is a leading Conference and Leisure Hotel catering for Events, Corporate and Leisure markets. This manager needs to very organised with excellent planning skills and be driven by achieving excellent standards and attention to detail. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the department efficiently, cordinating service and reset periods, turning the room for and supervising special events, staff selection and training with HR, Rostering effectively for business levels, managing beverage and wine sales, hygiene and cleanliness, etc, etc. Overall this will be a very busy but highly rewarding role in a fabulous property. Role will suit a 4/5* Hotel Restaurant Manager or experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with 3* years experience. Duty Management experience preferred.
