What you need to know. You will work as a Qualified Accountant based in Kilkenny with our commercial client. This is a permanent role with a salary of circa €45k depending on experience. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Accounts Payable, including AP month end close. Cash flow management. Monthly Payroll. Completion and Submission of VAT, VIES & INTRASTAT, P30, P35, & P11D returns. Preparation and Reconciliation of Monthly balance sheet accounts. Assist Finance Manager in preparation of Monthly Accounts, including preparation of month end accruals, prepayments, & maintenance of Fixed asset register. Review of spends against budgets and variance analysis. General Ledger Maintenance. Managing the PO system & Expense system. Liaising with our external auditors and tax advisors, banks. What are we looking for? Qualified Accountant with 2+ years' industry experience. Experience with Sage, Thesaurus, Brightpay. High level of competency in Excel. Good Communication skills.
