Hartley People are currently recruiting for an Operations Finance Analyst for a permanent role based in Tipperary. Responsibilities. The Operations Finance Analyst will assist in the set-up of new SKUs on systems, data analysis & support the completion of month end accounts. Contribute to the completion of the month end management accounts and reporting. Valuation of stocks and reconciliation from book to actual. Investigate variances and Report. Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and keep aligned with ledger. New product costings. Budget completion with management team & reporting. Provide ongoing support to the finance teams, and deal with ad hoc report preparation and queries arising. Requirements. CIMA, ACCA or CPA qualified. A minimum of 2 years’ experience. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong Communication skills. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work to deadlines.
