DUTY MANAGER 4* HOTEL KILKENNY. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Duty Manager for a beautiful 4* property based in Kilkenny City. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career. Key Duties & Responsibilities: To manage the daily operation of all departments and their teams. Ensuring excellence in customer service through the leadership of the departmental teams. To encourage daily interdepartmental communication to maximise guest satisfaction through effective operations within the Hotel. To motivate teams. The ability to lead confidently and to be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. To deal with guest queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. To ensure Hotel cleanliness is kept to the highest standard at all times. To ensure the highest standard of health and safety for both guests and staff. The Candidate Must Possess: At least 2 years' experience in a Management position in the hotel industry. Experience in both Front Office and F&B Departments. Experience using Hotsoft or a similar Front Office package is desirable. Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Fully flexible in regards to shifts, this is a 5 over 7 role.
