The Role. Schedule plant activities to obtain maximum throughput in accordance with overall production/planning requirements. Review and maintain all relevant information to run the area efficiently. Identify trends in quality/process issues including accuracy of information to stores and accurate stock counts of raw materials and finished goods. Identify and implement process improvements to create increased efficiencies both in the plant and within the stores and transport. Produce 100% quality product presentation to meet agreed customer and stores requirements. Liaise with Supply chain to improve loading standards and configuration. Maintain highest hygiene standards in accordance with Company policy in both personnel and plant. Manage health, safety and environmental control. Review and close all non-conformances and customer complaints relating to product and assist Supply Chain with other investigations of products. The Person. 3rd Level Education or Relevant Experience. Minimum of 2 years management experience in a production environment. Strong People Management skills.
